Spreading Joy To Children Facing Adversity.

Our Mission

Our mission is to spread good will through simple acts of kindness, recognize individuals who have battled through adversity, and encourage the involvement of the community to make a positive difference in the lives of others, especially children.

We continue to make costumed visits to children’s hospitals, special needs centers, and various charitable events whenever we are needed, all in an attempt to bring a few smiles to kids and people. We are also a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Our Goal

As “SUPER HEROES TO KIDS IN OHIO”, it is our goal to make a positive difference in the lives of not only the children battling adversity, but the families who are also affected. Our team is dedicated to putting smiles on the faces of children who need it most.

We Are Super Heroes To Kids In Ohio.

In August of 2010, we started Super Heroes To Kids In Ohio. Our group initially started visitations at the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Ward. We have been a fully functioning 501C3 since 2014. We did so in order to help the patients endure the adversity due to health issues by dressing up as familiar costumed crusaders. Our group has continued to grow through the selflessness of people who want to contribute to the well being of kids battling illnesses and overcoming obstacles.  We are now an organization of nearly 80 individuals that continues to make appearances at hospitals and charitable events all over northeast Ohio. From all different walks of life, it is our organization’s goal to spread good will by (1) simple acts of kindness, (2) the recognition of individuals who have battled through adversity (3) and to encourage the involvement of ‘community’ to make a positive difference in the lives of others; especially children.  We were even fortunate enough to be recognized with the ‘Red Cross Real Hero Award’.

As co-founder Jimmy Myers has previously stated, “The kids are the real heroes!”
